A large luxury 4 bedroom Villa situated in a peaceful, private location, in the beautiful area of Polis built in a private property surrounded by orange trees in a very quiet area 5-minutes from the center of Polis 7-minutes from the beach (10-minutes from the Latchi Harbor), 35km(40min) from Pafos town(about 50 minutes from Pafos airport) in the fabulous island of Cyprus. There are 2 Double Bedrooms (1 downstairs + 1 upstairs, with their own Bathrooms) and 2 Twin Bedrooms (upstairs with their own Balconies), sleeping 8-persons. Also there are 4 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi). All bedrooms upstairs have balconies with panoramic views.
    

On the ground floor there is a living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player, a HI-FI with CD player, radio and cassette and a fireplace. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a microwave, coffee-maker/tea-maker, toaster, dish washing machine, electric oven, gas hob and fridge and a washing machine. There is also barbeque (external for cooking Cyprus Souvlaki). The property has central heating, and Air Condition in all rooms.

Outside, there is a private large safety swimming pool with umbrellas, sunbeds, outside shower and maintainance every 3days and a table with chairs. Also there is a garden, a kiosk and parking place.
